Dr. Cullum is originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada where he completed the Bachelor of Science program at the University of Alberta. In May of 1992 Dr. Cullum graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loyola School University, Chicago College of Dental Surgery. Dr. Cullum graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry with a Certificate in Prosthodontics in June of 1995. During this same three years he trained at Indiana University Medical Centers Hospitals earning a Certificate in Maxillofacial Prosthetics. Additional acknowledgements include a Certificate of Advanced Topics from International Team for Oral Implantology and Certificates of Participation in Surgical and Restorative Aspects with Branemark Systems, one of the leaders in implant studies. In addition to being awarded many accreditations, Dr. Cullum has participation in several organizations including State of Colorado Dental Board of Directors, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, American Academy of Head, Neck and Facial Pain and March of Dimes. Dr. Cullum also finds time for talks with various study groups and lectures.
